Westfield Bondi owner says shoppers are back after horror attack

Shoppers are returning to Westfield Bondi Junction and foot traffic is back at levels seen before the horror attack that left six people dead last month, the mall’s owner says.

Scentre chief executive Elliott Rusanow told investors the shopping centre giant would increase spending on security, doubling the number of guards, as Westfield Bondi Junction returned to a “different” normal following the fatal attack.
