At Woolworths, they call it Turkey Time. After the mad rush of Christmas, Turkey Time is the moment when executives have a chance to take a breath and reflect on the year that was.
“When the Christmas turkey is on the table, that’s when you can kick back and think about those things,” Woolworths chief executive Brad Banducci says. “I’ve not had a chance to reflect much yet.”
