Wesfarmers chief executive Rob Scott says "all options are on the table" as the group fast-tracks a strategic review of underperforming department store chain Target following a sharp drop in sales.

While sales at Wesfarmers' Bunnings and Officeworks chains have boomed over the past four months – growing faster than they did in the December half – revenues at Target and sister chain Kmart have dropped off in recent weeks after growing in the March quarter.
