Super Retail Group has successfully suppressed a statement of claim lodged by its former head of legal, and which names the company’s chief executive and other staff as defendants, in a workplace dispute in the Federal Court.

The owner of Rebel Sport and Supercheap Auto had its last-minute request heard on Wednesday, including suppression of details of any settlement arrangement for claimant Rebecca Farrell.
