Two former Super Retail lawyers have been hospitalised for stress after previously claiming there was a culture of bullying at their former employer and alleging the company’s chief executive was having a workplace affair.

Super Retail, which owns the Supercheap Auto chain of automotive parts stores and sporting specialist Rebel, had attempted to block the matter brought by former head of legal Rebeca Farrell being heard in public view.
