Two former Super Retail executives who are suing the company over the terms of their dismissal have won a fight to retain their legal counsel, Harmers Workplace Lawyers.
The ASX-listed owner of Rebel and Supercheap Auto lost its attempt to derail the workplace action brought by its former executives who claim they were whistle-blowers inside a company riddled with weak governance and rotten cultural issues.
