Super Retail claims it fired two senior lawyers after they publicly criticised the company as they defended themselves against accusations they were trying to shake down the retailer for compensation.
On the second day of a Federal Court hearing, the retailer said a lengthy statement attacking the company’s board issued by the lawyers representing the two women was “a serious breach” of their employment, resulting in their dismissal from the company.
