Specialty Fashion to resume dividends as City Chic struts its stuff

Specialty Fashion Group will pay its first dividend for five years in 2019 after selling five loss-making brands to focus on its best performer, plus-sized fashion brand City Chic.
The womens wear retailer lost $9.3 million in 2018 as profits from $15 million from City Chic were offset by losses of $24.3 million from its Millers, Katies, Crossroads, Autograph and Rivers chains.
