Sour milk: Bubs board exits founder and CEO Kristy Carr

It is getting nasty over at Bubs Australia. The infant formula minnow has fired its chief executive and co-founder Kristy Carr, due to her failure to “comply with reasonable board directions”.

It is believed that Ms Carr was stunned about her termination and learned of the new arrangement at the organic baby formula and snacks group she founded in 2005 from the ASX statement lodged on Wednesday. Former executive chairman Dennis Lin’s employment with Bubs also was terminated with immediate effect, the company said.
