Myer is shaking up its leadership team, and executive chairwoman Olivia Wirth is poaching several senior staff from her former employer, Qantas.

Ms Wirth, who was appointed in March, has moved quickly to review the mid-market department store’s operations. She has introduced changes to the leadership – from store operations to digital and supply chain, hoping to strengthen Myer’s core beauty and apparel business.
