Mosaic Brands back in black thanks to JobKeeper, rent holidays

Womenswear retailer Mosaic Brands returned to profitability in the December-half, helped by JobKeeper subsidies and rent holidays, but questions remain about the retailer's longer-term prospects after a horror 2020.

Mosaic, which owns brands including Katies, Millers, Rivers and Noni B, said it expected earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation to rise by between 22 per cent and 38 per cent to between $40 million and $45 million for the six months ending December, exceeding market forecasts.
