Halloween shoppers are expected to spend $450 million this year on trick-or-treating supplies, costumes, home decorations and themed parties, according to Roy Morgan.

That’s down from $490 million in 2023, but still adds up to a lot of cobweb, lolly wrappers and torn trackies from Raygun costumes headed for landfill.
