Harmers Workplace Lawyers has filed Federal Court proceedings against Super Retail Group, its chief executive and chairwoman on behalf of Rebecca Farrell, its former head of legal who is seeking enforcement of her workplace settlement deal.

According to Harmers, Ms Farrell is a whistleblower who exposed “serious corporate governance issues within the company”. She claims that a settlement was reached with Super Retail on May 6 about her departure and other possible legal actions.
