Fremantle Octopus is aiming to float on the Australian Securities Exchange next financial year to tap into growing demand from the US and Asia for the premium species it catches off Western Australia.
The company, which has about 30 shareholders and operates a fishing, processing and distribution business, is undertaking a pre-IPO capital raising of $5 million, with roadshows already under way.
