The lawyer acting for the plaintiffs in the SurfStitch class action says he was ''left in the dark'' about the recent sale of EziBuy by investment company Alceon Group, and the sale could affect the damages his clients receive.
Glenn McGowan, chief counsel at Gadens Lawyers, warned the court will want to know how the transaction affects the class action settlement.
