Dan Murphy’s and BWS parent Endeavour Group warned that market conditions were subdued in April after ruling off a lean third quarter, when sales grew just 2.2 per cent.

After a slow start in January, trading conditions improved slightly in February and March, but still trailed the first-half performance from its retail liquor operations, Endeavour said in an ASX statement.
