High Court Chief Justice Susan Kiefel isn’t convinced that women are yet on a path to equality in the law, and has the research to prove it.

Australia’s first female chief justice told the Australian Women Lawyers Conference in Brisbane that despite considerable advances over her career, women were still not getting the same opportunities as men.
