Smaller and mid-tier law firms beat the top tier on flexibility
Law firms must bend to increasing demands of partners and senior lawyers for more flexible working conditions, or risk losing talent to inhouse roles and growing online contracting firms.
Smaller and mid-tier firms have more partners adopting flexible working practices with Maddocks, Lander & Rogers, Colin Biggers & Paisley and Johnson Winter & Slattery leading firms with more than 50 partners, according to The Australian Financial Review's Law Partnership Survey.
