Property developer sues PwC for $12.8m over ‘negligent’ tax advice
London | A British property developer is suing PwC for £6.6 million ($12.8 million) in loss and damages in London’s High Court, alleging the big four accountancy firm provided “negligent” tax advice.
Revelan, a commercial property developer formerly backed by US investment manager Ares, claims the consulting firm “failed to accurately calculate tax due” by the group over a five-year period, according to court documents.
