Warren Kalinko likes being called a disrupter – and the CEO of Keypoint Law says the partnership structure is ripe for disruption.

"Partnership used to mean ownership and authority to make decisions,'' says Mr Kalinko. "These days most partners are salary partners, and they typically have neither ownership or decision-making power.
