King & Wood Mallesons’ Peter Pether is making the move between buildings at Farrer Place, with the renowned disputes partner set to join MinterEllison in January.

The experienced construction litigation specialist, who was head of disputes at KWM, will join Minters’ infrastructure offering in what practice head Lee Rossetto described as “an intentional strategic lateral hire”.
