Contraction will be an ongoing trend for law firms with The Australian Financial Review's Law Partnership Survey revealing an industry wide negative spiral in partner turnover.

Firms are revising their strategies, shifting support services offshore and focusing on technology to provide the greater value for money in the face of corporate clients tightening their belts on legal spending.
