Law firm offers 30 weeks of parental leave

Gadens has become the first law firm to up the ante on parental leave after the Albanese government added another eight weeks to Australia’s paid parental leave scheme in the budget.
The mid-tier commercial firm said it would now pay 30 weeks of leave, which is four weeks more than the going rate for professional services firms and 12 weeks more than the national scheme.
