The 120-partner Moray & Agnew has more than doubled the number of women in its partnership.

Emma Reilly is on a break in London. But earlier in the week, after starting at 6am to finish outstanding work, the Moray & Agnew partner returned a call from The Australian Financial Review to talk about women and her law firm.

We wanted to know how the 120-partner mid-tier outfit had managed the unique feat of increasing the proportion of women in the firm – to a perfect 50 per cent in July, up from 24 per cent in July 2016 – at the fastest rate of any firm in The Australian Financial Review Law Partnership Survey.
