EY manager claims he was sacked for complaining about 80-hour week
EY Australia has rejected a manager’s claims he was sacked because he complained about being told to work up to 80 hours a week, had time off with the flu, and took a month’s leave for his wedding and honeymoon.
In his claim, Konrad Jeczewski alleged he was told on his second day back from annual leave in November last year that his role in the Melbourne finance consulting team was being made redundant. The news was delivered by EY Oceania consulting leader Justin Greig.
