Ex-KPMG legal team makes strong start at Mills Oakley

A team of corporate lawyers from KPMG has moved to law firm Mills Oakley, taking most of their clients with them.
The shift comes after KPMG suddenly announced in July that it was shutting its commercial law division as part of a broader cost-cutting push. KPMG has separately brought on five ex-big four tax partners and promoted two tax advisers to partner.
