Big four accounting firms push for more non-Anglo partners
PricewaterhouseCoopers is systematically tracking the cultural background of all new staff and has recruited race discrimination commissioner Tim Soutphommasane to help increase the number of partners with non-Anglo Celtic backgrounds.
The firm wants its 492-strong partnership to reflect the cultural mix of Australia's metropolitan population, where roughly one in three people are from non-Anglo Celtic backgrounds.
