Accenture will delay the majority of promotions within its top managing director and senior management ranks by six months in a move described as causing a “huge uproar.”
The Dublin-based technology giant told employees in an internal blog post last week that it would announce most promotions in June instead of December, people familiar with the matter said, asking not to be identified discussing non-public information.
