Energy explorer and investor Octanex is one of 2009's more unusual listings. The Melbourne company, run by former lawyer Geoffrey Albers, is delisting from the National Stock Exchange of Australia and listing on the Australian Securities Exchange next week.
Octanex raised $300,000 in a compliance listing by issuing a million 30¢ shares and lodged a prospectus to meet ASX requirements to raise capital within three months of listing.
