Neglectful nine miss the mark

Boulder Steel came in just under the wire, at 9.59 am yesterday, as the last company to report results in time to avoid suspension of trading on the Australian Stock Exchange.
The company, which plans to build a steel plant near Ipswich, reported a bigger annual loss, at $4.2 million, from $2.4 million a year earlier.
