Wesfarmers is on the hunt for more battery minerals mines as it reaches a crucial stage in work on the $1.9 billion Mt Holland lithium project in Western Australia.
The Perth-based conglomerate wants mining and processing assets beyond lithium and is assessing both exploration opportunities and project acquisitions.
