Terracom secures partial win in PwC ‘fake coal’ report

Miner Terracom has notched a partial legal win over the corporate regulator, being allowed to keep secret parts of a PwC probe into fake coal-testing allegations.
The win means the Australian Securities and Investments Commission will have less information available to potentially use in its long-running probe into manipulation of coal analysis certificates.
