Macmahon called on to deliver after shareholders pass AMNT deal
Macmahon Holdings chief Michael Finnegan says the mining contractor recognises it needs to deliver on its commitments after shaking hostile shareholder CIMIC from its register and securing what it has touted as a "transformational" contract in Indonesia.
In Perth on Wednesday, Macmahon shareholders voted about 98 per cent in favour of a transaction that would deliver Indonesia's PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara (AMNT) a 44.3 per cent stake in the company.
