KGL hits upper end in resource upgrade

KGL Resources has continued to deliver on its goal of increasing the high-grade resource at its Jervois copper-silver-gold project in the Northern Territory. The end game is to develop this into a multi-metal mining operation and news that it achieved an 85 per cent increase in resource to 25.3 million tonnes should be well received.

The company tends to fly under the radar and recent negative sentiment towards both precious and base metals stocks could result in this news being missed. But with a 64 per cent increase in contained copper to 280,000 tonnes and a 61 per cent increase in contained silver to 18 million ounces the company is punching above its weight.
