Growth concerns offset strong operational result for Emeco

Mining plant and equipment provider Emeco Holdings delivered earnings above expectations and company guidance for the 2019 financial year but investor concerns about slowing momentum drove a sharp fall in the share price.

Earnings before interest tax, depreciation and amortisation was $214 million for the year, up 40 per cent on the previous year and slightly above the upper guidance range of $213 million.
