Fortescue counsel backs 22-day spying mission on Element Zero

Fortescue’s legal counsel said private investigators did not overstep the mark when they spent 22 days spying on former employees who quit to form green iron start-up Element Zero.
“It’s true that the private investigator’s reports are detailed, but so what?” Julian Cooke, SC, representing Fortescue, told the Federal Court on Tuesday.
