Finders Resources shareholders team up for off-market bid

Two major Finders Resources shareholders have joined forces to try to seize larger stakes in the copper junior through a $178 million hostile cash offer.

Indonesian-backed Provident Capital Partners, Finders' largest shareholder, and Saratoga Investama Sedaya, the company's third-largest holder, have formed a consortium to make an offer for the company, along with a local miner they are both significant shareholders in, Merdeka Copper Gold.
