‘Fake’ coal tests under ACCC gaze after three years in limbo

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission is garnering allegations of fake testing in the multibillion dollar coal industry, three years after the claims first emerged.
“Individuals with information about misconduct in coal quality testing should contact the ACCC,” federal Resources Minister Madeleine King’s office told The Australian Financial Review.
