Testing giant SGS has been dragged into claims of fake analysis of the quality of Australian coal.
New court documents filed against Queensland mining firm TerraCom, whose board includes former Leighton chief executive Wal King and Labor powerbroker Jim Soorley, allege Geneva-based SGS helped “fraudulently'' inflate the energy values of coal.
