MACA investors have urged NRW Holdings to make a firm rival bid for the Perth-based mining contractor after its indicative takeover approach was knocked back.

“NRW likely should put on their big boy pants and make a better offer with fewer strings attached,” one investor, who declined to be named, told The Australian Financial Review.
