A major clean-out of executive ranks is being considered by the biggest pure-play coal producer on the ASX, with three of Yancoal's most senior executives not at work on Friday.
A Yancoal spokesman confirmed on Friday that chief executive Reinhold Schmidt, chief financial officer Lei Zhang and the chairman of Yancoal's executive committee Fucun Wang were away on leave at the same time.
