Cliffs Natural Resources on front foot
With annual production of 9 million tonnes in Western Australia, and an expansion to an annual output of 11 million tonnes underway, the United States group Cliffs Natural Resources is the biggest iron ore miner in Australia that is not listed locally.
The miner’s Asia-Pacific head of exploration, Craig Moulton, is due to present at the Diggers & Dealers Mining Forum in Kalgoorlie today as the company looks to build up its business in Australia.
