Australian stock market regulators were asking the wrong question when they hit DGR Global with a "speeding ticket" shortly before 4pm on Wednesday.
Instead of asking the little-known company why its shares had surged by more than 18 per cent in less than a single trading session, the ASX should have been asking why DGR's shares had not soared even higher.
