BHP Billiton chief Andrew Mackenzie calls for workplace and tax reform

BHP Billiton chief executive Andrew Mackenzie says a return to "normality" in commodity prices should not be a cause for pessimism, but Australia must reform its workplace laws and tax system to remain globally competitive.
Mr Mackenzie told The Australian Financial Review's Business Summit that BHP, like many in Australia, had been "unprepared for what has been the greatest commodities boom of our time".
