Battery-metal boom to change commodities cycle: ALS

Laboratory giant ALS says the mining sector’s hunger for battery-based metals is so great that the traditional commodities cycle is changing.
“The demand for battery technology and elements has really gone up exponentially,” ALS chief executive Raj Naran told The Australian Financial Review.
