Barbarians at Kingsgate amid board spill push
The battle for control of gold miner Kingsgate Consolidated will reach its climax on Tuesday, when shareholders will deliver their verdict on a proposal to oust several members of the board, including long-serving chairman Ross Smyth-Kirk.
