Ban on Brisbane FIFOs would force coal mine closures, industry warns

Australia's most profitable coal mines would be forced to shut if bans on travel between Brisbane and the Bowen Basin coalfields were enforced, the industry says.
The warning comes in response to calls for a hard border along the Tropic of Capricorn to slow the spread of the coronavirus.
