Torchlight founder George Kerr has accused Lantern Hotel Group shareholder Millinium Capital Managers of ‘a low-level, mud-slinging campaign’ in an attempt to oust the pub group’s board.

Torchlight founder George Kerr has accused Lantern Hotel Group shareholder Millinium Capital Managers of “a low-level, mud-slinging campaign" in an attempt to oust the pub group’s board.

Millinium Capital, which owns 24 per cent of the ASX-listed Lantern, on Thursday lodged a formal complaint with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), alleging a related party loan had not been ­disclosed and a possible breach of the Corporations Act.
