The ongoing battle for Keybridge Capital between Geoff Wilson and Nicholas Bolton has taken another twist, with the Wilson Asset Management founder taking the issue to the takeovers panel and bringing Antony Catalano into the dispute.

Wilson Asset Management Group, whose fund WAM Active has made a 6.9¢ a share takeover offer for Keybridge, increased its share in Keybridge to 50.06 per cent after more shareholders accepted its offer.
