The Seven Network’s Spotlight program used the code word “pre-production expenses” so former Liberal staffer Bruce Lehrmann could be reimbursed $750 to cover the cost of cocaine, a former producer for the network claimed.
Ending a lurid week of new evidence in Mr Lehrmann’s defamation case against Network Ten and its former journalist Lisa Wilkinson, a Sydney Federal Court heard details of everything from prostitutes, cocaine, confidential documents shared in secret, tomahawk steaks and golf trips to Tasmania.
